SEO audit services sold as a one-page score or a list of 200 automated warnings rarely change anything. Tools can find a missing alt attribute; they cannot tell you that your contact page lists an office that closed two years ago, or that two of your pages compete for the same search. Those are the findings that move rankings and protect your reputation.
What Our SEO Audit Covers
| Area | What we check |
|---|---|
| Content accuracy | Every factual claim, figure, law or procedure checked against its source; outdated claims flagged |
| Business details | Name, address and phone the same on every page, in the footer, in schema and on your Google Business Profile |
| Search intent | Whether each page matches what its target search wants, and whether two pages compete for the same phrase |
| On-page SEO | Title, description, one H1, heading order, keyword placement and density, internal links |
| Trust signals | Named author or reviewer, credentials, dates, sources, real photographs, no placeholder text |
| Technical | Status codes, redirects, canonicals, sitemap, robots, indexing, structured data |
| Speed | Page weight, requests, images, Core Web Vitals |
| Linking | Orphan pages, anchor text, links between related pages and across your own sites |
How Findings Are Graded
| Grade | Meaning | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| P0 | Wrong, misleading or exposing information — fix first | Closed offices still listed; placeholder text live; incorrect legal or financial statements; admin details public |
| P1 | Trust and accuracy details that affect conversions and rankings | Conflicting phone numbers; unverified claims; missing credentials; outdated dates |
| P2 | Technical and structural issues | Redirect chains; duplicate titles; heavy images; heading order; empty social links |
Each finding is recorded as: what we found, where (full URL), the evidence, the grade and the fix. The report ends with a prioritised list you can hand to a developer or a writer.
What You Receive From Our SEO Audit Services
- A written report in Word format, in plain English, with full URLs for every page mentioned.
- The top ten fixes on the first page, so the most important work starts immediately.
- A page-by-page section with the problems on each URL.
- A list of decisions only you can make — for example, which phone number belongs to which office.
- An optional call to walk through the findings.
You can see the depth on our case studies page, which summarises audits of our own network’s sites.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an SEO audit take?
A site of up to 20 pages usually takes two to four working days. Larger sites are scoped first.
Do you need access to my website?
No. We audit from outside, as Google does. Access to Google Search Console makes the indexing section more precise and is recommended.
Will you fix the problems too?
If you want us to. Many clients use the report with their own developer; others ask us to carry out the fixes.
Is an audit worth it for a small site?
Small sites often have the most serious problems — a theme demo with placeholder text, or contact details that are wrong. Those are quick to fix once found.
